NEW SAFETY MEASURES FOR PATIENTS
Our new safety measures to make you feel as confident and safe as possible are as follows:
Staggered appointments to comply with social distancing rules as much as possible
Patients may only enter through the front door (temporarily closing back door access)
All patients are required to wear their own masks upon entering
Please do not enter the facility more than 10 minutes before your appointment time
All patients will check in at our waiting room entrance and have a contact-free temperature screening
If you are more than 15 minutes late, please call our front desk so we can update you on when you can be s een
We kindly ask that if you are not feeling well or are experiencing any upper respiratory symptoms you reschedule your appointment
If needed, restrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Call our front desk for the access code.
Daily temperature screening of all staff upon arrival
Disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces throughout the day
All staff and patients will be required to wear masks
Some staff will also have on protective eye wear
New gloves will be used at all times during each interaction with your Medical Assistant
A separate exit will be used rather than going through the waiting room again as you leave
We have installed a “touch free” payment terminal for those who can use a tap to pay option (accepting Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or any wallet-less payment method)

We understand that some of you may not feel comfortable venturing out in spite of the measures we are taking. Our Calla from Home Program will still be available for the forseeable future. The link to our online order form remains. As we will be fully staffed, we will now be able to provide additional resources to our Calla from Home Program such as more frequent email communication, virtual consultations, phone calls, etc. We are very proud of our patients who chose to continue their program as we were closed and want to support you even more in achieving your goals!
