In 2012, Mississippi took the prize for being the fattest state in the nation. - Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
- Eat balanced meals that include lean protein and low glycemic vegetables or fruits.
- Get up every hour from your desk to walk around.
- Exercise during commercial breaks while watching your favorite TV shows.
