Love a good burger? Try this healthy version.

Beef Burger With Feta and Tomato
  • 1/2 c baby spinach
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c low-fat feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 lb lean ground sirloin
  • 1/4 c diced tomato
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh dill weed
  • 1 green onion, diced
  1. Combine ground sirloin, green onion, spinach, tomato, feta, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.

Servings: protein 4 1/4 and carbohydrate 1/2 per patty
