Chicken Avocado Burgers Recipe
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 small, firm, ripe avocado – cut in chunks
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced – no seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c parmesan
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss gently.
- Shape into 5 patties.
- Grill 4-5 minutes on each side on an indoor grill pan or an outside grill at medium heat or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
