Baked Tilapia With Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
  • 4 1/2 oz tilapia
  • 1 summer squash, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • fresh herbs to your liking
  • olive oil spray
Directions

Place fish in bakeware with sliced squash, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Spray with olive oil. Add fresh herbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until fish flakes.
