- 4 asparagus spears
- 1 slice fat free Swiss cheese
- 2 slices of ham
- Parchment paper
1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
2. On parchment paper, overlap 2 slices of ham, top with one slice of fat free cheese and 4 asparagus spears.
3. Roll tightly.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
5. Let sit for a minute to allow cheese to thicken.
** Salt and pepper to taste.
*** Can substitute any fat free or reduced fat cheese.
EACH SERVING: 1 protein, 1/4 vegetable
