Healthy Recipe: Monterey Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 oz chicken breast
  • 1/4 c diced tomatoes
  • 1 slice Canadian bacon
  • 1 oz low fat cheddar cheese
  • Walden Farm BBQ sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook bacon.
  2. Saute chicken breast until thoroughly cooked.
  3. Place bacon on top chicken breast.
  4. Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce and top with cheese.
  5. Melt cheese and top with diced tomatoes.

*saute in olive oil or butter spray*
