Healthy Recipe | Lemony Salmon

Get a dose of omega-3’s with this tasty salmon recipe. Delicious and nutritious.


  • 1-4 oz salmon filet
  • 1 tsp fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Using a pastry brush, spread mayonnaise over salmon filet.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until salmon easily flakes.

Servings: protein 4 per fish filet
