Love a good burger? Try this healthy version.
- 1/2 c baby spinach
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c low fat feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 lb lean ground sirloin
- 1/4 c diced tomato
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh dill weed
- 1 green onion, diced
- Combine ground sirloin, green onion, spinach, tomato, feta, dill, salt and pepper.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Grill or pan fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
Servings: protein 4 1/4 and carbohydrate 1/2 per patty
