- 1 bag of fresh cranberries (12 oz)
- Sugar substitute equal to one cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Zest of one orange
Put cranberries in a pot, removing any brown or soft ones.
Add rest of ingredients, stir, and bring to boil on medium-high heat.
When cranberries pop, they release their “gel” and sauce will reach the correct consistency in about 5-10 minutes.
