Pumpkin Pie for the Health Conscious Mind

Looking a for a delicious Thanksgiving treat but don’t want to stray too far off your diet? Calla Slimspa has the perfect treat – Zone-Approved Pumpkin Pie. Now you can still indulge in a tasty treat this Thanksgiving without adding a hefty amount of calories to your plate.

(for those on the Calla Slimspa plan – this is stage 2 approved)


  • 1 can pure pumpkin (15 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 package soft tofu (10 ounces) – process in blender until smooth

Preheat oven to 350. Blend the soft tofu in the blender until smooth (can add some of the pumpkin in the blender if needed to mix tofu). Cream rest of pumpkin and Splenda.

Add spices and blended tofu to pumpkin mixture. Pour into pie plate.

Bake in oven at 350 for 15 minutes. Turn temperature down to 300 and bake for an additional 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Chill and serve, may add sugar-free cool whip.
